| We have sold hundreds of the 8 compartment units and are pleased to offer similar units in different choices. These breeder units are used to mate pairs or to breed special pairs to make sure the young are from that pair. The units are also excellent "hospitals" which is where you segregate birds that may be sick and need special treatment. They ar ealso used to keep new birds quarantined until you are ready to introduce them to the rest of your fl ock. All wire is plastic coated for years of service. Each level has a pull out tray. The birds stand on wire and the droppings fall through to the removable tray. The Breeder Units are on wheels which allow you to move them from place to place as needed. The doors are spring loaded and close automatically. The eight compartments offer 4 levels, with two cages on each level. The two cages are divided and this division is where you place the feed and water. It has it's own door for access. We supply 8 o of the feeder/drinkers. Two units are not divided. Each level is a single cage. We also supply the feeder/ drinkers for these. They clip to the wire, inside the cage. The #1598 measures 36 1/4" x 24" x 43" high. The #1599 measures 38.5" X 24" X 62" high. The #1600 measures 46 3/4" x 24" x 69 1/2" high. All are shipped knocked down for you to assemble. All you need is a pair of pliers. |
