This great loft is quality through and through. It is delivered completely assembled. All you add is the birds. The loft sits on wolmanized legs and braces and will not rot if set on the ground. The legs set the loft 18" off the ground and this height prevents cats or varmints from living under your loft. The loft is 6' x 4'. The inside walls are 4'7" in the front and is 3'10" on the back wall. The fl oor is supported with 2"x4" joists, 16" on center and covered with plywood decking with glasboard covering which makes for easy cleaning. Exterior siding is pine board and battan with a clear stain. May also be painted your choice of color.
Your new loft includes a pigeon trap 24" long x 12" which allows you to lock your birds in or release them to fl y. The loft also includes a removable aviary. In place, the birds can go outside but not fl y. The landing perch, when the aviary is removed, give the birds a place to land and enter the loft.

The entrance door swings out on black strap hinges and include a locking latch to match the hinges. The roof of your loft is a beautiful raised seam, kelly green metal for years and years of protection. The front vented overhangs the landing perch. This allows fresh air to enter the loft. Also included with your loft are 16 of our #1020 T Perch for you to install in the location of your choice. We also include the #404 one gallon drinker, a #3015 feeder which holds 4 lbs. of feed and a #3013 feeder for your grit. The price of the loft includes shipping! We will unload it in your driveway with an adult to help us. If you need us to put the barn in place, there is an extra charge of $200.00. This is if you want the loft placed somewhere other than your dirveway.
The 6'x4' loft weighs about 700 lbs. 3 or 4 adults can move the loft by simply pushing on the back wall, or attach to a vehicle and pull it using a set of caster wheels. These wheels are sold at an extra charge and installed at the factory.
The entrance door swings out. Should you want a screen door that swings in it is available. Also available is a window which includes a screen. This also would have an extra charge. Remember, the prices include shipping. One price for East of the Mississippi and one for West of the Mississippi. Allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. |
