Designed and built in the United States by Carl Yurisic. We offer the automatic feeder in two sizes as well as custom sizes. These feeders can be used as a stand alone feeder or as a fully automatic feeder that will disperse the desired amount of feed, up to four times a day.
The Foy’s Automatic Feeder will hold either 25 or 50 pounds, depending on the model. Pigeons perform best when they are placed on a set schedule and this feeder allows you to do that. The feeder is powered by four AA batteries, which are included, and will operate for approximately four months. You can set the unit to release feed 1, 2, 3 or 4 times per day and you can also determine exactly how much feed is being released.
If you have a large flock, many times the slower or smaller birds are crowded away at feeding time, but you can be sure, using Foy’s Automatic Feeder, that each bird will have access to all the grains. With feed settings through out the day, all birds have access to feed.
The standard unit holds 25 pounds of feed with openings for 28 birds at a time. The large unit holds 50 pounds and has openings for 36 birds. The standard unit is 24” long, 8” wide and 24 ¾” high. The large unit is 36” long, 8” wide and 27” high. Call for a quote on custom sizes.
The feeder will feed up to four times per day and has been factory set to feed at 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM for six seconds. Easy to follow instructions are included to change settings or add additional feed times.
