Egg Rack Positioners for Cabinet Incubators
- Plastic egg rack positioners offer the most efficient system for
gathering, spray disinfectant treating and storing of eggs. At time
of setting eggs, just remove loaded egg rack positioners from storage area
to the incubator setting trays.
Set of 6 Plastic Quail Egg Racks - Each setting
incubator tray holds 4 Quail egg racks (456 Quail eggs). Molded posts
on each rack permits double stacking for a total of 1368 Quail eggs. (Caution:
GQF HATCHING trays hold a maximum of 250 Quail eggs.)
Set of 6 Plastic Pheasant Egg Racks -
Each setting incubator tray will hold 2 egg racks (118 pheasant eggs) for
a total of 354 eggs per incubator. (Not stackable in GQF incubators.)
Set of 6 Universal Egg Racks - Holds
any size egg from bantam to pheasant to medium chicken eggs. Each
of the “Sportsman” incubator trays will hold 2 egg racks (90 eggs) for
a total of 270 eggs per incubator. (Not stackable in GQF incubators.)
Set of 6 Extra Large Plastic Egg Racks -
Holds extra large eggs: Turkey, Duck, Jumbo Chicken, etc. Each of the “Sportsman”
incubator trays will hold 2 egg racks (54 eggs) for a total of 162 eggs
per incubator. One rack per setting tray must be trimmed to fit GQF
incubators.
Set of 6 Emu Egg Positioners - Use 2
per egg tray to hold 9 to 12 eggs. Egg positioners install in the
setting incubator tray to allow large eggs to be set, laying on side. (Spring
tension of positioner holds eggs in place.)
Set of 2 Clear Plastic Panels - No gates.
For brooder. Used to replace white opaque panels for maximum viewing
of chicks. Excellent way to display chicks in schools and feed stores.
Set of 3 Clear Plastic Panels w/ Adjustable
Gates - Used to replace wire panels in older brooders and game bird
brooders.
Plastic Troughs - 28 1/2” in length.
Hangs on poultry panels for feed or water. (Standard equipment on
brooder.)
Automatic Water Kit - For battery brooders
and Grow Off pens. Install 5 float valves into existing water troughs
on brooders. (Troughs are not included with kit.) Attach and secure
tubing harness to the float valves, using tubing clamps supplied.
Attach garden hose to pressure reducing value which is already installed
on the tubing harness. Turn water on and regulate depth by bending
float arm. |
