Paramyxovirus is the most dangerous threat to our pigeons. Now there is a vaccine approved by the US Government. PMV-1 stands for Avian Parmayxovirus Type 1. Don't wait to have the disease in your loft or even in your area before you vaccinate. Be sure to call and order enough PMV-1. Directions are included. This is a killed virus. 1/2 cc per bird.
You must choose Next Day or Second day air. If one of these options are not chosen under the shipping, you are taking a chance that the vaccine will not be good once you receive your order. If you choose any other shipping method, your order will be shipped using the method you have selected.
All vaccines are shipped with a cold pack.
We must ship all vaccines via 2nd day air unless a quicker method
is requested. Pox Vaccine must ship Next Day Air. (Additional
shipping charges apply.) Bring vaccines to room temperature before use.
PMV1, Sal-Bac and Quatracon include a free syringe and needle. Antibiotics
should not be used for 5 days before or after a vaccination. Antibiotics
can decrease the vaccinations effectiveness. You should give a mixture
of vitamins and immune boosters before, during and after vaccinations.
This may increase the success of the vaccination. |
