We raise and fly Racing Homers. Many folks ask what strain we raise
or if we offer pedigrees. We fly no particular strain nor do we offer pedigrees,
but do assure the buyer that we will ship quality, healthy birds. If you
plan to order Racing Homers, please call first for details and availability.
The young birds we sell are old enough to eat and drink and will
settle quickly at your loft. You must call for availability as we can only
raise a limited quantity. If you plan on ordering, remember that we usually
sell out by the first week in October. Many folks order birds for their
stock loft which means they are purchased not to fly but to breed from
the following Spring. These young birds are available in April – October.
Mature Racing Homers are available year round. We separate our birds after
mating season so the birds we ship are guaranteed hen and cock, but not
always mated. They should mate up very quickly after you put them together.
If you are interested in particular colors, we will do our best, but can
not fill all requests. Please call before ordering for availability and
shipping and handling. NOTE: Price(s) of pigeon(s) does not
include the cost of your shipping. Shipping costs are based on number
of birds that you order.
WHITE AND RARE COLOR RACING PIGEONS
The white Homers are raised for people who do weddings, funerals
or special events. They are good quality birds that will return home but
are not sold to compete in races. We do have white Racing Pigeons that
are able to compete in races, but you must call for price(s) and availability.
The Rare colors include: solid red, black, yellow and more. We usually
have saddles, brown checks and barless. Young birds may be bought for training
and release. Mature birds are bought for breeding and may not be released. |
