Our fax accepts information 24 hours a day. Include your:
Name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number with area code. Please
include your full credit card information: Visa/MC/AmEx/Discover, full
credit card number, expiration date and the 3 or 4 digit number on the

| Shipping Information |
Band orders ONLY: send $3.00 for shipping. Product orders
send $8.00. Heavy products, such as wood products, send $12.00. If your
shipping and handling is more or less than the amount sent, we will ship
your order and either credit you or bill you for the difference. We ship
UPS or Post Office. If you need Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day, it is available
at an extra cost. SHIPPING COSTS USUALLY VARY. WHEN PAYING
BY CREDIT CARD, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED THE DIFFERENCE IF WITHIN
A FEW DOLLARS. |
| On line ordering |
We have tried to make your on line ordering as simple as
possible with our Secure Shopping Cart. You can pay either
with your credit card, by placing your order and calling us with your credit
card information or by placing your order and mailing a check/money order
in to us. Our normal shipping charge is $8.00 (just band orders:
$3.00). If the shipping is more, we'll send an invoice with your order.
If it's less, we'll credit you. We have also included a printable,
on line
for those of you that would like to print this form off, fill
in your desired items and either mail or fax it in to us, sending your
payment (credit card, money order/check) in the mail. |

We accept checks or money orders. Be advised that we charge
$20.00 for a bad check. All major credit cards are accepted. Please note:
if giving us a credit card number, we must have the expiration date and
your credit card billing address. Our normal shipping charge is $8.00
(just band orders: $3.00). If the shipping is more, we'll send an
invoice with your order. If it's less, we'll credit you. Also,
please include your phone number, including your area code with your order. |

No returns without calling first. No returns on books or
videos. Shipping charges are not refunded. No returns after 30 days. |

We're easy to find, we encourage you to visit. If you want
to stop on a weekend, call and let us know. I keep my birds at the store
and have to be there every day to care for them. We're just a few miles
from the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 76). From the Beaver Falls exit,
#2, go on Route 18, South about 4 miles, turn left on Route 588 and we
are 2 1/2 miles out, on the left, just before the light.

| Want to buy pigeons? |
We get many calls from folks looking to buy pigeons. My
first suggestion is to subscribe to the Pigeon Debut. Each issue has a
classified section, full of birds for sale. You can call the Pigeon

calling them at (972) 562-8490 We raise racing pigeons and race them. In
response to many requests, we now sell . If you want them to race or just want to own quality birds,
let us know. Special colors are available on request. One of the fastest
growing businesses is the white bird release at weddings, funerals and
special events. White racing pigeons are now available from Foy's. |
