Dropping Analysis
1 Drop 1 Eye 1 Time
Vitamins are needed in the course of the metabolic processes.  They are indispensable compounds for animals and humans.  Pigeons receive vitamins as part of their feed, or acquire them in the form of additives to the feed or drinking water.  Vitamin requirements vary, they require certain amounts at all stages of life.  More than average amounts are needed when birds are young, during growth, moulting, mating, breeding and especially during and after illnesses.  Various forms of sugar are used as bulking agents in some vitamin preparations.  Drinking a sugary solution can create a thirst and predispose birds to bowel problems.  When using vitamin supplements in the drinking water, this provides a greater opportunity for multiplication of bacteria, especially in warm weather.  It is important to change the water every day.

Versele-Laga Oropharma Carmine Liquid Carnitine Preparation (Size: 250 ml)

  • Liquid Carnitine Preparation
  • Improves performance
  • Gives extra energy
  • Higher and better production of crop milk

Versele Laga Carmine is a liquid carnitine preparation enriched with vitamins, amino acids and choline.

The pigeon uses alot of energy during flight. It performs optimally if it has the necessary reserves available. Carmine is a balanced solution of amino acids and vitamins, supplemented with L-carnitine and choline. L-carnitine provides the mitochondrials, the energy producers of the body, with sufficient nutrition for the production of extra energy. The administration of Carmine causes less lactic acid to be produced in the muscles and the pigeon has greater stamina druing the flight. The waste products produced are discharged more easily.

Choline has a central function in the regulation of the metabolism of fat. Through an optimised metabolism of fat the pigeon produces more and better quality crop milk.
